Balcones del Chaparral is a new development of 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments and penthouses, set in 25,000 m2 of Landscaped gardens, situated close to the beach and the new horse racecourse El Hipodromo. All the apartments have panoramic Mediterranean sea views.
The development is set in a quiet up market area comprising mainly of residential villas and some apartments. There are shops, good restaurants and some lively beach bars, but no night clubs or disco's. All the night life is available in Fuengirola or Marbella.
