Immodev (hereinafter known as IMM) informs the users of its web-site about its Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter known as PDPP), in compliance with the Act 15/1999 of 13th December for the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations (hereafter known as LOPD), so that the users may freely and voluntarily decide if they wish to provide the personal details that are requested in the site.
IMM reserves the right to modify its PDPP according to its own criteria, due to any change in legislation, jurisprudence or business practice. If any change is introduced, the new text shall be published in this site, where the user may be informed of the current PDPP. In any event, the relationship with the users shall be governed by the regulations provided for at the exact time of accessing the web-site.
IMM, as owner of this web-site, holds the data-base that is generated with the personal details provided by the users on the forms employed in this web-site to compile information on their particulars, and complies with the obligation of registering the filing system of personal data with the Department for the Protection of Data, as well as all other obligations imposed by current regulations. The purpose of these data-files coincides in general with the purposes of IMM itself. For each specific form there is a legal warning in which the specific purpose in indicated for the personal data contained therein. When we are provided with personal data, the purpose, compilation and processing of that data shall vary according to each form.

IMM undertakes to settle your complaint or protest within a maximum of 15 days, and to inform you thereof by whichever means you have indicated. In the event that you are not satisfied with that solution, the Department for the Protection of Data or, if appropriate, the Courts of Málaga, shall have the competence to settle any dispute.
